Product Overview
The RT-Z2T probe interface adapter allows selected Tektronix TekProbe Level II probes to be used with Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscopes. Available TekProbe-BNC probe types simply connect to the RT-Z2T probe interface adapter, which then plugs directly into the input channel on a Rohde & Schwarz oscilloscope. It provides convenient and straightforward access for a broad range of active, current, differential, high voltage and electro optical Tektronix probes.
