Product Overview
The RTC-K3 from Rohde & Schwarz is a CAN/LIN serial triggering and decoding option for RTC1000 series oscilloscope. Protocols such as CAN/LIN frequently transfer control messages between integrated circuits. The R&S®RTC1000 has versatile options for protocol-specific triggering and decoding of serial interfaces. Selective acquisition and analysis of relevant events and data is possible. The smooth operation and high update rate are ensured for long acquisition with the hardware implementation. This is advantageous for example capturing multiple packetized serial bus signals.
- Symbolic decoding for CAN and LIN address, including industry-standard CAN DBC file support
- On-screen serial decoding is time-correlated with the serial data waveform
- Trigger on start of frame, frame ID, data and various error conditions
- Search, navigate capability on CAN start of frame, frame type, identifier, data and error conditions
- Fastest CAN and LIN eye-diagram mask testing with standard mask test functionality
