The 12396 CAL from Simpson is a 260 series analogue yellow industrial volt-ohm-milliammeter. This 260-8XPi is a rugged, accurate, compact, easy to use instrument equipped with mirrored dial to eliminate parallax. The Instrument can be used to make accurate measurements of AC and DC voltage, direct current, resistance, decibels and output voltage. The output voltage function is used for measuring the AC component of a mixture of AC and DC voltage. This occurs primarily in amplifier circuits. The 260-8XPi includes a resettable overload protection circuit and audible continuity check. It features instant trend information for quick positive "Yes/No" checks, zero RFI emission, audible continuity check and mirrored scale for parallax reduction.
