HGL36150

The HGL36150 is a 3-pole PowerPact® H-frame unit-mount thermal-magnetic current limiting Circuit Breaker designed to protect electrical systems from damage caused by overloads and short-circuits. This circuit breaker is designed to open and close a circuit by non-automatic means and to open the circuit automatically on a predetermined over-current. The PowerPact® H-frame circuit breaker is equipped with dual-break rotating contacts that reduce the amount of peak current during a short-circuit fault. This reduces the let-through currents and enhances equipment protection. The H-frame circuit breaker has an over-center toggle mechanism providing quick-make, quick-break operation. The operating mechanism is also trip-free, which allows tripping even when the circuit breaker handle is held in the ON position. The H-frame circuit breaker has an integral push-to-trip button in the cover to manually trip the circuit breaker. It is suitable for reverse connection.
