Product Overview
ESDA25W is a TRANSIL™ array for data protection in a 3 pin SOT323 package. It is a monolithic suppressor designed to protect components connected to data and transmission lines against ESD. This device clamps the voltage just above the logic level supply for positive transients, and to a diode drop below ground for negative transients. It is used where transient overvoltage protection in ESD sensitive equipment is required, such as computers, printers, communication systems, cellular phones handsets and accessories, wireline and wireless telephone sets and set top boxes.
- Peak pulse power (8/20µs) is 400W
- 2 up to 5 unidirectional transil functions
- Breakdown voltage VBR = 25V minimum
- Low leakage current of <lt/> 1µA
- Very small PCB area <lt/> 4.2mm2 typically
- Complies with IEC61000-4-2 Level 4-15KV (air discharge), 8KV(contact discharge) standards
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
