M24C32-FMC6TG is a 32-Kbit serial I²C bus EEPROM. The M24C32 is a 32-Kbit I2C-compatible EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 4K × 8 bits.
- Page size is 32 bytes
- Operating temperature range from -40°C up to +85°C
- Fast write cycle time: byte and page write within 5ms (3.2ms typical)
- Enhanced ESD/latch-up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-year data retention
- Hardware write protection of the whole memory array, random and sequential read modes
- 1.7V to 5.5V operating voltage
- UFDFPN8 (DFN8) package
- Compatible I²C bus modes are 1MHz (fast mode plus), 400kHz (fast mode), 100kHz (standard mode)
