M24M01-RMN6TP is a 1Mbit I2C-compatible EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 128K x 8bits.
- Single supply voltage and high speed: 1MHz clock from 1.7 to 5.5V
- Compatible with following I2C bus modes: 1MHz, 400kHz and 100kHz
- 1Mbit (128Kbyte) of EEPROM with 256 byte page size
- Write: byte write within 5ms and page write within 5ms
- Random and sequential read modes
- Write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-Up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-years data retention
- 8 lead SO (150 mil width) package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
