M93S66-WMN6TP is a 1Kbit serial MICROWIRE bus EEPROM with write protection. It is an electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM), accessed through the MICROWIRE bus.
- 4Kbit (256 x 16) device function
- Operating voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V, ready/busy signal during programming
- Compatible with MICROWIRE bus serial interface
- User defined write protected area, high-speed clock is 2MHz
- Enhanced ESD protection, more than 4 million write cycles, more than 200-year data retention
- Erase/Write cycle time is 5ms maximum
- Input rise and fall times is 50ns maximum
- Operating industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- SO8 package
