The P6KE series Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode offers 600W peak pulse power dissipation 1ms. It has excellent clamping capability, fast response time of <1ps from 0V to BV for unidirectional and 5ns for bidirectional. It is suitable for bipolar applications.
