                      Product Overview

                      ST26C32ABTR is a CMOS quad 3-state differential line receiver. This quad differential line receiver is designed to meet the RS-422, and RS-423 standards for balanced and unbalanced digital data transmission while retaining the low power characteristics of CMOS. It has an input sensitivity of 200mV over the common mode input voltage range of ±7V. It features internal pull-up and pull-down resistors which prevent output oscillation on unused channels. It provides an enable and disable function to all four receivers and features a 3-state output with 6mA source and sink capability.

                      • CMOS design for low power, input will not load line when VCC = 0V
                      • Input resistance is 6.8Kohm typical at (VIN = -7V, 7V, other input = GND)
                      • Input current is 1.1mA typical at (VIN = 10V, other input = GND)
                      • 3-state output leakage current is ±0.5µA typical at (VCC = 5V ±10%)
                      • Quiescent power supply current is 16mA typical at (VCC = max, V(DIFF) = 1V)
                      • Input hysteresis is 60mV typical at (VCC = 5V ±10%)
                      • Propagation delay input to output is 19ns typical at (CL = 50pF, VDIFF = 2.5V, VCM = 0V)
                      • Data rate is 20Mbits/s typical at (CL = 50pF, VDIFF = 2.5V all outputs loaded and switching)
                      • Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
