Product Overview
TS3022IDT is a dual micropower comparator. It features a high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. With a supply voltage specified from 2V to 5V. This comparator offers micropower consumption as low as a few tens of microamperes thus providing an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time. It is used in applications such as telecom, instrumentation, signal conditioning, high-speed sampling systems, portable communication systems, automotive.
- Propagation delay is 38ns typical at (Vicm = 0V, f = 10KHz, CL = 50pF, overdrive = 100mV)
- Supply current is 73µA typical at (no load, output high, Vicm = 0V)
- Rail-to-rail inputs, push-pull outputs
- Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5V
- High ESD tolerance: 5kV HBM, 300V MM
- Latch-up immunity is 200mA typical
- Input offset voltage is 0.5mV typical at (VCC = 2V, Tamb = 25°C)
