Product Overview
The 1-2199298-6 is a 20-position through-hole straight DIP Socket with pin type tin-plated phosphor bronze contacts and ladder frame construction. The DIPLOMATE DL series DIP socket has UL94V-0 black glass-filled thermoplastic housing with lead-in ramps for easy insertion and standoffs for easy board cleaning. Internal anti-over-stress walls prevent contact damage. Closed bottom design inhibits solder wicking and flux contamination and meets EIA 486, class I. Designed for automation machine.
