Product Overview
AD230-9 SMD is a circular active area APD chip with NIR enhanced sensitivity. Ceramic carrier type non-hermetic SMD package with filter window. Reflow solderable. Applications include laser range finder, high speed photometry, high speed optical communications, medical equipment and LIDAR.

- Slow multiplication curve
- QE > 80% at 750nm-910nm
- Fast risetime, low noise
- Optimum gain: 50-60
- 0.5nA typical dark current (M = 100)
- 200V maximum breakdown voltage at IR = 2µA (±2V measuring tolerance on upper and lower limits)
- 0.6GHz typical -3dB cut-off frequency
- 0.5ns typical rise time (M = 100, λ = 905nm, RL = 50 ohm)
