Product Overview
SG1-120-2 is a SG series voltage divider output signal, cable actuated sensor. It uses a precision high-cycle plastic hybrid potentiometer and an extremely durable spring-loaded stainless steel measuring cable to provide an accurate reliable position feedback signal over the entire stroke. With its slim design and versatile mounting bracket, the SG1 has been designed to fit into small spaces.
- 120inch stroke range, 40inch electrical cable
- IP67 environments, with mounting bracket
- Accuracy is .35% FS, repeatability is .05% FS
- Measuring cable is .019-inch dia. nylon-coated stainless steel
- 10g maximum acceleration, 9oz. (2.5N) ±30% measuring cable tension
- Plastic-hybrid precision potentiometer
- 10K ohms, ±10% input resistance, 2.0W at 70°F power rating
- 30V (AC/DC) recommended max input voltage, ≥250,000 cycle life
- Glass-filled polycarbonate enclosure
- Operating temperature rage from -40 to 70°C
