FCA3000 CAL DU

The FCA3000 CAL DU from Tektronix is a FCA3000 series 300MHz bandwidth, 100ps single shot time resolution timer/counter/analyzer with unique features for accurate measurements. It includes automated measurements such as frequency, period, ratio, time interval, time interval error, pulse width, rise/fall time, phase angle, duty cycle, maximum voltage, minimum voltage, peak to peak voltage. The unit has USB device and GPIB ports on rear panel for quick PC connectivity. GPIB interface supports full SCPI compatible programmability and offers an emulation mode for plug and play replacement in existing ATE systems. The measurement time is 20ns to 1000s for frequency, burst and period average (single cycle for other measuring functions). It is approved by directive 2006/95/EC, EN61010-1, UL61010-1, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 61010-1 standards. This timer/counter/analyzer is a feature rich tool for precision measurements and it has industry leading performance for demanding designs.
