Product Overview

The MDO3054 CAL from Tektronix is a MDO3000 series mixed domain oscilloscope with 500MHz bandwidth four analogue channels and one 500MHz spectrum analyzer input. It is the ultimate 6-in-1 integrated oscilloscope that includes an integrated spectrum analyzer, arbitrary function generator, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer and digital voltmeter/counter. This mixed domain oscilloscope gives fast acquisition, selection record lengths and full suite of automated measurements help solve debug challenges quickly. It complies to UL61010-1:2004, CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 61010.1: 2004, low voltage directive 2006/95/EC and EN61010-1:2001, IEC 61010-1:2001, ANSI 61010-1-2004, ISA 82.02.01 safety standards and EC council directive 2004/108/EC electromagnetic compatibility.

  • 2.5GS/s sample rate (1ch), 10M record length (1ch) & 16 digital channels with MDO3MSO option
  • Standard spectrum analyzer frequency range 9KHz to 500MHz, optional 9KHz to 3GHz
  • 13 predefined waveform types and 50MHz waveform generation & auto, normal, single trigger modes
  • Ethernet, VGA, USBhost and device, AUXOUT, AFG output along with VESA and Kensington lock interfaces
  • Add, subtract, multiply, divide waveforms arithmetic & integrate, differentiate, FFT math functions
  • Power source voltage of 100 to 240V ±10%, power source frequency 50 to 60Hz at 100 to 240V
  • Power consumption 120W maximum, operating altitude of 3000meters (9843 feet)
