P6139B CAL

The P6139B CAL from Tektronix is a 500MHz general purpose passive probe with TekProbe I interface. This high bandwidth passive probe with 10Mohm input resistance features a small probe head and sharp tip that makes it easier to probe dense circuitry. This is a compact probe head for probing small geometry circuit elements. It features small probe body for enhanced visibility to the device-under-test, replaceable probe tip cartridges and TekProbe interface for direct BNC connection for oscilloscopes with 1Mohm inputs. It is used in low power devices, service, manufacturing engineering and test research and development.
