TPA-N-VPI is a N-to-TekVPI adapter for use with Tektronix TDSx00, TDS3000/B/C, TDS5000/B and TDS7000 series oscilloscopes. The TPA-N-VPI adapter enables any active, 50Ω TekVPI probe to be connected to the RF input.
