Product Overview
TCR3LM12A,RF(T is a TCR3LM series, CMOS general-purpose single-output voltage regulator with an on/off control input, featuring low quiescent current. It features overcurrent protection, Thermal shutdown, and auto discharge. As small ceramic input and output capacitors, 0.47μF can be used with the TCR3LM series, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones. It is used in power IC developed for portable applications.

- Pull down connection between CONTROL and GND
- Ceramic capacitors can be used (CIN = 0.47μF, COUT = 0.47μF)
- Low dropout voltage is 213mV typ at (2.8V-output, IOUT = 200mA)
- High ripple rejection ratio is 74dB typ at 100Hz, 0.8V-output)
- Low quiescent current is 1.2μA typ at (IOUT = 0mA)
- 1.2V output voltage, load regulation is 13mV typical at (1mA ≤ IOUT ≤ 200mA)
- Output noise voltage is 53μVrms typ at (VIN = VOUT + 1V, IOUT = 10mA, 10Hz ≤ f ≤ 100kHz, Ta = 25°C)
- Ripple rejection ratio is 74dB typical at (f = 100Hz, VIN = VOUT + 1V, IOUT = 10mA)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, DFN4D package
