The 82306120029 is an ESD ultra low capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode with ZnO body and Ag/Ni/Sn end termination. The TVS diode features fast response time, almost no energy consumption in stand-by mode and excellent absorption for ESD-impulses.
