Product Overview
Belden 9841 1-pair low capacitance Computer Cable with 24AWG stranded (7 x 32) tinned copper conductors, polyethylene insulation, overall Beldfoil® aluminum foil-polyester tape (100% coverage) + tinned copper braid shield (90% coverage) and chrome PVC jacket. Belden multipaired cable delivers low voltage analog data and signal transmission within enclosures from controllers and I/O's to devices such as temperature and pressure sensors, relays, valves, meters, thermocouples, solenoids, actuators, contactors, push buttons and alarms. This computer cable is designed for EIA RS-485 applications.
- Single twisted pair, 24AWG stranded (7x32) tinned copper conductors
- Polyethylene insulation
- Overall Beldfoil (100% coverage) and tinned copper braid shield (90% coverage)
- Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) outer jacket
- Operating temperature range from -30°C to 80°C
- Overall nominal diameter is 0.232inch
- Nominal characteristic impedance of 120 ohm
- Nominal conductor DC resistance (DCR) of 24ohm/Km at 20°C
- Maximum operating voltage of 300Vrms (according to UL, type CM)
- Maximum recommended current of 2.1A per conductor at 25°C
