Paper hats may be old news, but this ePaper HAT for the Raspberry Pi can still turn heads. This multi-pack includes a driver board and 3 different sizes of ePaper / eInk screens that can easily be integrated into your projects. ePaper / eInk display technology closely mimics the appearance of ink on paper to clearly display text and graphics that can last indefinitely - even without electricity. Because they work by reflecting ambient light they use almost no energy and look remarkably like printed media. Extremely low power requirements make these displays perfect for indoor and signage and data-logging. The HAT assembly contains all necessary circuitry to drive ePaper screens and an EEPROM for future plug-and-play compatibility. All signals are broken out and accessible through the 40-pin GPIO header. Downloadable sample programs help you get up and running quickly.
