C8SMVN is a 8" locking sheet metal clamp. Crescent locking pliers are made to an exacting standards that result in improved durability and long-term performance. They meet stringent ASME standards B107.24 and B107.36, as applicable, including proven strength and maximum jaw opening capacity. All Crescent locking plier has a cushion grip trigger for easier grip release and a hex key recess in the tightening screw for when additional leverage is needed. The clamps head and body has the narrow profile necessary for work in tight or confined spaces. After initial grip is set, clamp can be tightened further by turning the adjusting screw with a hex key.
