262003AL is a Pro3000™ unfiltered tone generator for use on inactive networks, uses SmartTone™ technology, with five different tones to allow the technician to easily identify individual pairs and sends signal up to 10 miles. Alligator clips attach to wires and RJ11 plug connects to telephone jacks.
- SmartTone™ provides 5 distinct tones for exact pair identification
- Alligator clips attach to wires, screws and various terminals
- Send tone signal up to 10 miles (16 km) on most cables
- Continuity and polarity are indicated by dual color LEDs
- Tone can be located and traced by a compatible analog probe (sold separately)
- Case dimensions 2.7 in. x 2.4 in. x 1.4 in. (6.9 cm x 6.1 cm x 3.6 cm)
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to +60°C
- Powered by 9V alkaline battery
