EV17U87A is a dev tool for ICP0444-1-451I, fully assembled evaluation board with RF test data. ICONICRF’s ICP0444P is a 3 stage MMIC power amplifier 50 ohm matched in a flange package. Fabricated using a GaN on SiC process, the ICP0444P operates from 2-8GHz with over 44dBm CW output power and 25% PAE. ICP0444P is well suited to both commercial and defense applications. Suitable for test and measurement, communications, aerospace & defense applications.
- Frequency range from 2-8GHz
- Pout: 44dBm at Pin=23dBm and PAE: 25% at pin=23dBm
- Small signal gain is 25dB
- Bias: VD=28V IDQ=200mA
- Pulsed or CW operation
