Product Overview
The HT82K628A-40DIPLF is a Keyboard Encoder designed for IBM PC/AT, IBM PS/2 and all compatible machines. This accepts keyboard inputs and provides a 16-character first-in-first-out buffer in which data is stored. An inexpensive RC oscillator can be used for the system clock. Simple implementation of this device is an advantage for high performance and low cost keyboard applications.
