6220 CAL DU

The 6220 CAL DU from Keithley is a DC precision current source. It combines ease of use with exceptionally low current noise. Low current sourcing is critical to applications in test environments ranging from R&D to production, especially in the semiconductor, nanotechnology and superconductor industries. High sourcing accuracy and built-in control functions make the model 6220 ideal for applications like hall measurements, resistance measurements using delta mode, pulsed measurements and differential conductance measurements. It is a need for precision, low current sourcing. This current source is fully programmable via the front panel controls or from an external controller via RS232 or GPIB interfaces. It can source DC currents from 100fA to 105mA. The output voltage compliance of either source can be set from 0.1V to 105V in 10mV steps. Warnings

When handling the model 6220, never touch the heat sink located on the right side of the case. This heat sink could be hot enough to cause burns.

Notes

Never place a container of liquid (example water, coffee) on the top cover. If it spills, the liquid will enter the case through the vents and cause severe damage.
