Product Overview

The MSOX3054T CAL from Keysight Technologies is a 3000T X series mixed signal oscilloscope with 4 analogue channels plus 16 digital channels and 500MHz bandwidth. It is designed for touch interface and capacitive touch screen which simplify use. The capacitive touch screen technology enables productivity, touch interface simplifies documentation. It offers traditional control via a PC web browser but also supports remote control through popular tablet devices when using the optional LAN/VGA interface. It has 4Mpts maximum memory, standard segmented memory & excellent signal integrity. The 3000T X-series also has uncompromised ability to find the most difficult problems in design under any conditions. MSOX3054T is integrations of 6-in-1 oscilloscope, logic analysis, protocol analysis, 20MHz arbitrary/function generator, 3 digits DVM and 8 digit counter. It has serial protocol options such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, CAN-FD, CAN symbolic, SENT, LIN, FlexRay, I2S, MIL-STD1553 and ARINC429.

  • Maximum power line consumption of 100W, Wfm update rate is greater than 1000000 waveforms/second
  • Analyze memory, search/navigate, advanced math functions, limit/mask test(option), gated FFT
  • InfiniiScan zone touch trigger & standard trigger modes, resolution 800 (H) x 480 (V) pixel format
  • 8 vertical divisions by 10 horizontal divisions with intensity controls
