BUK6D22-30EX is a 30V, N-channel trench MOSFET. It is used in applications such as relay driver, high-speed line driver, low-side load switch, switching circuits.
- Side wettable flanks for optical solder inspection
- Electro static discharge (ESD) protection <gt/> 2kV HBM (class H2)
- Trench MOSFET technology, AEC-Q101 qualified
- Drain-source breakdown voltage is 30V min at (ID = 250µA; VGS = 0V; Tj = 25°C)
- Drain leakage current is 1µA max at (VDS = 30V; VGS = 0V; Tj = 25°C)
- Gate resistance is 2ohm typical at (f = 1MHz)
- Input capacitance is 440pF typ at (VDS = 15V; f = 1MHz; VGS = 0V; Tj = 25°C)
