Product Overview

The KITMPR084EVM is a MPR084 proximity sensor controller evaluation board that is intended for applications where non contact sensing of objects is desired. The kit allows for designers to easily evaluate the MMPR084 in any application, specifically capacitive touch sensing. The connector offers access to all electrodes, enabling you to connect the touch pad board or any other electrode design of your choosing.
  • MPR084 proximity sensor controller and an MC68HC908JB8JDW microcontroller
  • Sample electrode board demonstrates key pad touch sensor
  • Machined plastic cover for front panel non-contact touch evaluation
  • Access to all 8 electrodes
  • A Graphical User Interface that gives the user the ability to set many operational parameters
  • USB connectivity for power and PC access
