G3VM-51UV is a G3VM Series, voltage driving type MOSFET relay with current limiting internal resistor on the input side.
- SPST-NO (1 Form A) contact form
- AC / DC load type
- 50V max load voltage
- 300mA load current
- 4 pin VSON(R) package with surface-mounting terminals (very small outline non leaded package)
- 1pF capacity between I/O terminals at f = 1MHz, VS = 0V, Ta = 25°C
- 0.5ms/0.4ms max turn-on/off time at IF = 5mA, RL = 200 ohm, VDD = 20V, Ta = 25°C
- Operating input forward voltage is 5V typ recommendation
