Product Overview
NCP51460SN33T1G is a high-performance, low-power precision voltage reference. This device combines very high accuracy and low power dissipation. It can supply output current up to 20mA at a 3.3V fixed output voltage with excellent line and load regulation characteristics making it ideal for precision regulator applications. It is designed to be stable with or without an output capacitor. The protective features include short circuit and reverse input voltage protection. Applications include handheld instruments, precision regulators, data acquisition systems, high accuracy micropower supplies.

- Stable without an output capacitor, output voltage is 3.3V typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Dropout voltage is 0.65V typical at (IOUT = 0mA, IOUT = 10mA, TA = 25°C)
- Quiescent current is 140µA typical at (IOUT = 0mA, TA = 25°C, IOUT = 0mA, 0°C ≤ TA ≤ 100°C)
- Output noise voltage is 12µVPP typical at (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz, TA = 25°C)
- Output short circuit current is 80mA typical at (VOUT = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Line regulation is 150ppm/V typical at (VIN = VOUT + 0.9V to VOUT + 2.5V)
- Output voltage temperature coefficient is 18ppm/°C typical at (0°C ≤ TA ≤ 100°C)
- Operating ambient temperature range from 0°C to +100°C
