Product Overview
The AQY282EH is a general use-E type through-hole MOSFET Relay can control a maximum 0.5A load current with a 5mA input current. It has stable operation because there are no metallic contact parts. The reinforced insulation of 5000V type (DIP type) is more than 0.4mm internal insulation distance between inputs and outputs.
