Product Overview
ULN2004D1013TR is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array containing seven open collectors Darlington pairs with common emitters. Each channel is rated at 500mA and can withstand peak currents of 600mA. Suppression diodes are included for inductive load driving and the inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout. This versatile device is useful for driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relay DC motors, LED display filament lamps, thermal printheads and high-power buffers.
- Integrated suppression diodes for inductive loads
- Outputs can be paralleled for higher current
- TTL/CMOS/PMOS/DTL compatible inputs
- Input pins placed opposite to output pins to simplify layout
- Output leakage current is 50µA typical at (VCE = 50V)
- 25pF typical input capacitance
- 0.9V typical collector-emitter saturation voltage
- 1µs typical turn-on and turn off delay time
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- SO-16 package
