TAP4000

TAP4000 is a 4GHz single ended active probe. It provides excellent high speed electrical and mechanical performance required for digital system designs. Suitable for use at verification, debug and characterization of high-speed designs, signal integrity, jitter and timing analysis, signals with voltage swings up to 8Vp-p, manufacturing engineering and test.

• Connects directly to oscilloscopes with the TekVPI™ probe interface
• Provides automatic units scaling and readout on the oscilloscope display
• Remote GPIB/USB probe control through the oscilloscope

Notes

SureToe adapters are not included in the standard accessory kit. A sticker will be placed on the kit (for all pending and future orders) indicating this exclusion. SureToe adapters will be shipped separately by October 17, 2025.
