                      Product Overview

                      The TLP222A(F) from Toshiba is a through hole photorelay in 4 pin DIP package. This photorelay consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photo MOSFET whose withstanding voltage is 60V. Photorelay is suitable for use as On/Off control for high current as it features higher output current rating. Typical applications of photorelay are measurement and control equipment, data acquisition system and measurement equipment.

                      • Minimum isolation voltage of 2500Vrms
                      • Normally open (1-form-A and 2-form-A) devices
                      • Peak off-state voltage of 60V(min)
                      • Trigger LED current of 3mA(max)
                      • Single channel
