ATS-FPX054054013-110-C2-R1 is a pushPIN™ heat sink. It features a flexible barb at the end designed to engage with pre-drilled hole in a PCB for a quick attachment. It uses compression springs that adds the necessary force to hold the assembly together for secure attachment.
- Super fine pitch xcut fins design
- Lightweight aluminum heat sink extruded from AL6063 ensure optimal cooling with blue anodized finish
- Supports 4-corner hole pattern with recommended hole size of 0.125inch for push‑pin mounting
- Pre-assembled with phase-change TIM (T766) ensures efficient heat transfer
- Thermal resistance is 1.4°C/W
- Dimension is 54mm x 54mm x 12.7mm (2.13" x 2.13" x 0.5") (L x W x H)
