AS6C4016-55ZIN is a 256K X 16bit super low power CMOS SRAM. It is a 4,194,304-bit low-power CMOS static random access memory organized as 262,144 words by 16 bits. It is fabricated using very high-performance, high-reliability CMOS technology. Its standby current is stable within the range of operating temperature. It is well designed for low-power applications, and particularly well suited for battery backup nonvolatile memory applications.

- Low power consumption: 30mA (typical) operating current
- Single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply
- All inputs and outputs TTL compatible
- Fully static operation, tri-state output
- Data retention voltage is 1.5V (minimum)
