Product Overview
ZTP-101T is a thermopile IR sensor that is used for non-contact surface temperature measuring. It consists of thermo-elements, flat IR filter, a thermistor for temperature compensation and a hermetically-sealed small-size package. Application includes patient monitoring, ear and tympanic thermometers, occupancy detection, HVAC and appliance.

- Response time is 22msms typ (thermopile chip), active area is 0.51 x 0.51mm² (thermopile chip)
- Responsivity range from 77 to 143V/W (500K, 1Hz, thermopile chip)
- Internal resistance range from 140 to 260kohm (25°C, thermopile chip)
- Noise voltage is 62nV rms typ (R.M.S., 25°C, thermopile chip)
- Detectivity is 9.00 E07cmHz1/2/W typ (thermopile chip, 500K, 1Hz)
- Beta value range from 3773 to 3849K (Tol. :1%, defined at 0/50°C, thermistor for temp compensation)
