                      Product Overview

                      AD22103 is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning. The signal conditioning eliminates the need for any trimming, buffering or linearization circuitry, greatly simplifying the system design and reducing the overall cost. The output voltage is proportional to the temperature times the supply voltage (ratiometric). Due to its ratiometric nature this device offers cost effective solution when interfacing to an analog to digital converter. It is used in applications such as computers, portable electronic equipment, industrial process control, instrumentation.

                      • Temperature coefficient is 28mV/°C typical at (TA = +25°C and VS = +2.7V to +3.6V)
                      • Initial error is ±0.5°C typical at (TA = +25°C and VS = +2.7V to +3.6V)
                      • Nonlinearity is 0.1% FS1 typical at (TC = 25°C, VDD = 3.3V)
                      • Minimal self heating, reverse supply protected
                      • High level, low impedance output
                      • 3.3V single supply operation
                      • Operating temperature is 0°C to +100°C
                      • Package style is 3-pin plastic header-style [TO-92]
