                      Product Overview

                      AD22293Z is a high precision, low power, complete dual-axis accelerometer with signal conditioned voltage outputs, all on a single, monolithic IC. This device can measure both dynamic acceleration (for example, vibration) and static acceleration (for example, gravity). It is widely used in application such as platform stabilization/levelling, navigation, alarms and motion detectors, high accuracy, 2-axis tilt sensing, vibration monitoring and compensation, abuse event detection etc.

                      • g-range is ±5
                      • Specified voltage range is 5V
                      • Bandwidth adjustment with a single capacitor
                      • 3500g shock survival, RoHS compliant
                      • X and Y axes aligned to within 0.1°typical
                      • Low power is 700μA at VS = 5V typical
                      • High zero g bias stability, high sensitivity accuracy
                      • Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
                      • Packaging style is 8-terminal ceramic LCC
