Product Overview
AD4680 is 16bit, pin-compatible, dual simultaneous sampling, high speed, low power, successive approximation register (SAR) analog to digital converters (ADC). Typical applications include motor control position feedback, motor control current sense, sonar, power quality, data acquisition systems, Erbium doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) applications, Inphase (I) and quadrature (Q) demodulation applications.
- 3V to 3.6V power supply
- Dual simultaneous sampling, fully differential analog inputs
- 1MSPS max throughput conversion rate, INL max 1.5LSB, 6dB typ BW at -0.1dB
- SNR (typical): 92.5dB at VREF = 3.3V external and 100dB with 8× OSR, RES = 1
- On-chip oversampling function, resolution boost function
- 2.5V internal reference at 10ppm/°C and 0.29mA max VREF input current
- High speed serial interface, wide common-mode range
- Alert function
- 16 lead LFCSP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
