Product Overview
ADA4666-2 is a dual, rail-to-rail input/output amplifier optimized for low power, high bandwidth and wide operating supply voltage range applications. Typical applications include current shunt monitors, active filters, portable medical equipment, buffer/level shifting, high impedance sensor interfaces and battery powered instrumentation.
- Single-supply operation: 3V to 18V
- Dual-supply operation: ±1.5V to ±9V
- Unity-gain stable
- Low offset voltage: 2.2mV max at VCM = 0V to 18V, low input bias current: 15pA max
- Gain bandwidth product: 4MHz typ at AV = 100 and unity-gain crossover: 4MHz typ at AVO = 1
- 2.1MHz typ -3dB closed-loop bandwidth
- 2V/µs typ slew rate at AV = 1
- 1.3µs typ settling time to 0.1%
- 8 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
