ADF4360-6 is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO). This is designed for a center frequency of 1150MHz. Control of all the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. Application includes wireless handsets (DECT, GSM, PCS, DCS, WCDMA), test equipment, wireless LANs, CATV equipment.

• Frequency range from 1050MHz to 1250MHz
• Divide-by-2 output, 3.0V to 3.6V power supply range
• 1.8V logic compatibility, integer-N synthesizer
• Programmable output power level, 3-wire serial interface
• Analog and digital lock detect. hardware and software power-down mode
• REFIN input frequency is 10/250MHz min/max (AVDD = DVDD = VVCO = 3.3V ± 10%)
• Phase detector frequency is 8MHz (max, AVDD = DVDD = VVCO = 3.3V ± 10%)
• VCO output frequency is 1050/1250MHz min/max (ICORE = 10mA)
• VCO sensitivity is 32MHz/V (typ, AVDD = DVDD = VVCO = 3.3V)
• 24 lead LFCSP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
