                      Product Overview

                      ADF5904 is a 4-channel, 24GHz, receiver downconverter. Each channel contains a single-ended RF input with an on-chip balun followed by a differential low noise amplifier (LNA) and a downconverter mixer with differential output buffers. The RF LO path also has an on-chip balun. Control of the on-chip registers is through a simple 3-wire interface. Application includes automotive radars, industrial radars and microwave radar sensors.

                      • Integrated baluns for single-ended receiver inputs and local oscillator input
                      • LO and RF frequency range from 24 to 24.25GHz (AVDD=3.3V ± 5%, -40°C to +105°C)
                      • Typical voltage conversion gain is 22dB (measured differentially, -40°C to +105°C)
                      • Typical demodulation bandwidth is 10MHz (maximum capacitance=10pF, -40°C to +105°C)
                      • Typical output swing is 2V peak (differential 900 ohm load, -40°C to +105°C)
                      • Typical input P1dB is -10dBm (AVDD=3.3V ± 5%, -40°C to +105°C)
                      • Typical sensitivity is 4.243mV/°C (AVDD=3.3V ± 5%, -40°C to +105°C)
                      • Temperature sensor with analog output: ±5°, qualified for automotive application
                      • 32-lead frame chip scale package [LFCSP-WQ]
                      • Temperature range from -40°C to + 105°C
