Product Overview
DC1554A-B demonstration circuit features the LTM2882CV-5 dual isolated RS232 µModule® transceiver with integrated DC/DC converter. The demo circuit provides 2-channel, 2500VRMS, galvanically isolated RS232 transceiver interface. All components are integrated into the μModule® transceiver. The demo circuit operates from external supplies on VCC and VL. The part generates the output voltage VCC2 and communicates all necessary signaling across the isolation barrier using LTC’s Isolation μModule Technology.
- Input voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Logic signal supply range from 1.62 to 5.5V
- 5V typ output voltage at LTM2882-5 ILOAD = 150mA
- 1000kbps (min) maximum data rate at RL = 3k, CL = 250pF
- 560Vpk min value of maximum working insulation voltage (GND to GND2)
- 30 kV/μs min common mode transient immunity
