Product Overview
DC1880A demonstration circuit features LTC®2874, a quad Hot Swap™ controller and PHY suitable for IO-Link® host and other applications. DC1880A operates from an external supply VDD and utilizes the DC590 USB serial controller board to communicate with the LTC2874 using SPI protocol.
- Input supply range from 8 to 30V at 24VMODE = 0, 20 to 30V at 24VMODE = 1
- ±700mA typ Wake-Up Request (WURQ) current
- ±230mA max CQ current limit
- Maximum data transfer rate: 38.4Kb/s fDTR = 4nF, SLEW = 0 and 230.4kb/s fDTR = 4nF, SLEW = 1
- 85µs max WURQ pulse duration
- 20MHz max SCK frequency at 50% duty cycle
