Product Information
Product Overview
HMC190BMS8ETR is a low-cost GaAs MMIC SPDT switch. The switch can control signals from DC to 3GHz. It is especially suited for low and medium-power applications using positive control voltages. The two control voltages require a minimal amount of DC current, which is optimal for battery-powered radio systems at 0.9, 1.9, and 2.4GHz. This provides exceptional third-order intermodulation performance of +56dBm. Application includes MMDS and wireless LAN, portable wireless.
- Typical insertion loss is 0.4dB (DC - 2.0GHz frequency, TA=+25°C)
- Typical isolation is 30dB (DC - 2.0GHz frequency, TA=+25°C)
- Typical return loss is 24dB (DC - 2.0GHz, TA=+25°C)
- Typical switching characteristics is 5ns (tRISE, tFALL (10/90% RF), TA=+25°C)
- 8-lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
