MAX5481ETE+T

The MAX5481ETE+T is a 10bit non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer in 16 pin TQFN package. This 3-terminal voltage-divider features an internal, non-volatile, electrically erasable programmable read only memory (EEPROM) that stores the wiper position for initialization during power-up. The 3-wire SPI-compatible serial interface allows communication at data rates up to 7MHz. A pin-selectable up/down digital interface is also available. It is ideally for applications requiring digitally controlled potentiometers. It is typically used at gain and offset adjustment, LCD contrast adjustment, pressure sensors, low-drift programmable gain amplifiers and mechanical potentiometer replacement.

• Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.25V (single supply operation)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Dual ±2.5V supply operation
• Power-on recall of wiper position from non-volatile memory
• Ratiometric temperature coefficient of 5ppm/°C
• End to end resistance is 10Kohm at ±25% tolerance and temperature coefficient is 35ppm/°C
• 1µA (max) standby current
