Product Overview
The ACPL-844-300E is a 2-channel AC-input full-pitch Phototransistor Optocoupler which contains 4 LEDs optically coupled to 2 separate phototransistors. It is also available in wide-lead spacing option and lead bend SMD option with input-output isolation voltage at 5000Vrms. Response time is typically 4µs and CTR is 20% to 300%.
